Terms and Conditions of the "Alltrucks Gift" Online Store
§1 General Provisions
1.1 The online store "Alltrucks Gift" is operated by Efekt Studio sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Sokołów Podlaski and NIP number 8231636512.
1.2 These Regulations define the rules for the use of the store and the conditions for making purchases.
§2 Purchasing of Products
2.1 The store offers advertising gadgets presented with descriptions, prices and photos. The customer can choose the product and quantity.
2.2 The order process includes adding products to the shopping cart, providing contact and address information and selecting a payment method.
§3 Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices of the products are given in Polish Zloty and Euros and VAT is added to them upon purchase.
3.2. The store offers various payment methods, including payment by card, bank transfer and online payments which are processed by the intermediary Stripe.
§4 Delivery
4.1 The store carries out deliveries throughout Poland.
4.2 Delivery costs depend on the chosen method and place of delivery and are visible before making a purchase.
§5 Returns and Complaints
5.1 The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of order, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights.
5.2 The product must be returned intact, in the original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
5.3 The cost of return shall be borne by the customer, unless the complaint is due to a defect in the product.
5.4 In the case of a complaint, the customer has the right to exchange the product for a new one or return the product to the customer.
§6 Personal Data Protection
6.1 Customers' personal data are collected and processed in accordance with applicable law and the store's privacy policy.
§7 Final provisions
7.1 The store reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, of which Customers will be informed on the store's website.
7.2 Any disputes arising from the use of the site will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
7.3 The Regulations shall come into force upon publication on the store's website.
